So, if you've liked the work we've done for your home and boiler, we'd love it if you could refer us to your friends and family - obviously, we don't expect this for free and we'll reward both parties for thinking we're great. It's win-win. 

How does the refer a friend scheme work?

After the plumbing works has been completed, you'll receive an email from us about the scheme. In the email, you'll be given a link to share with your friends and once they've opened the link and filled out our online form quoting the invoice number you have provided, we'll know exactly who they've been referred by.


After that, all they need to do is get a quote, book a survey & get there plumbing works completed by us and you will recivie your love to shop vouchers. 

How do I refer my friends?

After Blue Flame Services have completed your works, you'll receive an email from us about the scheme. In the email, you'll be given a link to share with your friends and once they've opened the link and filled out our online form qutoing the invoice number you provide them, we'll know exactly who they've been referred by.

What happens after I refer a friend?

Once you've referred your friends and they fill out the online form then you've done your part. All you need to do is wait until your friend - as soon as we receive payment for their works then we'll send your vouchers over.

What are my rewards?

Your rewards are love to shop vouchers and are done on a sliding scale depending on the work been completed.

How do I claim my rewards?

Once your friend has completed the plumbing works and we've received payment then we'll send your love to shop vouchers out. 

How many rewards can I claim?

The more friends you refer, the more vouchers you get. It's really that simple.


Rewards can only be given out for new customers or existing ones who have not used our services for the last 24 months. 

Can I refer an existing Blue Flame Customer?

Sadly no - you are unable to refer any current Blue Flame customers however if we have not carried out any works for over 24 months for a customer you have referred you will be eligible for the love to shop vouchers.
